The Way of Awareness is not just about solving psychological and emotional problems but also about remembering who you are. You have forgotten your Self and replaced it with a self-image or belief about yourself that is not your true self. Your true self rests in awareness and as you come to remind yourself of who you are, your actions take on a new significance. You come to realize that your existence in this world is only to shine your light for all to see.

Through awareness, you will uncover your true identity beyond the body, finding that it rests in love, the very substance of God Himself. As you explore this approach, you will come to realize that awareness and love are equivalent, and ultimately, who you are is love itself.
